EB-5 Investor Visa Program Revived

On March 15, President Biden signed a law that includes authority for an EB-5 Immigrant Investor Regional Center Program and various implementation effective dates for the program. These changes include raising the minimum investment amount and reauthorizing the EB-5 Regional Center Program. The program will be in effect through Sept. 30, 2027.
