New York City Real Estate Value Rebounds

New York City may collect additional $3 billion in tax revenue thanks to a rebound in real estate value. The new estimate was announced by city Comptroller Brad Lander, who cited increased in property values and strong residential real estate sales as the reasons for the new estimate.
